Responsibilities & Context
Key Account: Completed sales targets & customer development target, established contact with key account customers & formulated long-term development plans & activity programs to increase our company’s market share in KA channels.
MKT: Product Training for sakes team
- Achieve KA department’s annual target and monthly target set by the company.
- Achieve KA department’s annual Customer development target set by the company.
- Coordinate with the team to develop corporate, school clients.
- MKT activity planning and implement for school channel.
- KA Customer credit collection.
- Handle customer complaints regularly according to the company’s return and exchange system.
- After-sales management of KA Dept.
- Product Training implement for sales team monthly.
*Must have experience in the Stationery/ Distribution business.
