  • Age 24 to 40 years
  • Relevant experience of 3-5 years in sales/corporate sales. Age not more than 35 years.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical planning skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Very good oral and written communication skills, can work effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills, customer relationship building, and proactive client development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, transactions, risk assessment and strategy, corporate planning, and people management.
  • Self-motivated, leadership mentality, aggressive, proactive, and high-energy approach to problem-solving.
  • Good liaison with government and private organizations.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent relationship management skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving sales growth to join our Corporate Sales team as an “Assistant Manager”. The individual will play a crucial role in advancing the company’s mission by identifying and securing new corporate clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic sales initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence and revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and capitalize on strategic business opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business prospects.
  • Establish and manage prospective opportunities to meet strategic business plans.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Act as the focal point for ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on potential business opportunities.
  • Present proposals to potential clients, negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions, providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
