Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for an innovative and creative Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Creative and Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving results, always striving to find new, inventive solutions to challenges, and consistently pushing the boundaries of creativity. As a key player in the team, you will collaborate closely with other to ensure impactful and engaging content that meets both company and audience and company sales goals. You must be persistent, innovative, and solutions-oriented.
- Lead the ideation, development, and execution of creative marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business and sales objectives.
- Develop new, inventive strategies for reaching target audiences and maximizing brand visibility to increase the sell.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and video editors to produce what audience want and high-quality engaging organic digital content.
- Continuously analyze and optimize digital content to improve results and ensure goals are met.
- Identify emerging trends and audience expectation in digital marketing, and proactively integrate them into campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
- Provide creative solutions to challenges, always aiming to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to innovate new ways of improving productivity and efficiency.
- Cultivate a culture of persistence and creativity within the team, encouraging innovative thinking and a results-driven mindset.
- Details knowledge about all digital platforms, technology and computer.
