Additional Requirements

Ensure appropriate stock level in the depot.
Assist the head of the department in operational planning and conduct performance evaluations of staff & manage administrative tasks including attendance, leave, and absences.
Ensures products are received properly from the vendors, software entry, Storage, and dispatch process.
Check the total delivery process & ensure quick distribution of goods as per delivery schedule norms.
Ensure proper delivery according to the allocation and share the delivery schedule.
As needed, timely communication must be made with the showroom manager, purchase team, IT and Accounts.
Analyze reports of slow-moving/non-moving and overstock items.
Damaged items must be returned to the vendors on time.
Check the bills relating to depot expenses, Daily cash scroll, and cash-in-hand balance.
Ensure total cleanliness, housekeeping, safety & security in the office & working area.
Best utilize of Manpower, Space, equipment, time, contractual loader & any agency.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
