Proven track record of hands-on deployment with security devices such as Cisco Firewall, Palo Alto Firewall, Fortinet Firewall, Juniper Firewall, and diverse Routers and Switches from various vendors.
Displays a clear comprehension of packet flow at both network service and routing/switching protocol levels.
Previous experience with Non-MPLS, MPLS VPN (L2 and L3), GRE, IPsec, and L2TP VPN tunneling protocols.
Proficient in managing devices like DHCP servers and DNS servers.
Possesses a solid grasp of email systems, Windows and Linux operating systems, including file systems.
Possesses robust communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with exceptional leadership abilities, taking full ownership of any challenges that arise.
Proficient in guiding and leading technical teams and subordinates towards achieving departmental objectives.
Exhibits a positive attitude and strong decision-making capabilities, especially in critical situations.
Thrives in high-pressure situations, consistently delivering results while under pressure.

Strategize and take proactive steps to enhance service quality for enterprise clients.
Innovate by designing and implementing new network solutions, or optimizing the efficiency of existing networks.
Configure and maintain network and security devices (e.g., Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Servers) to maximize network performance and security.
Diligently monitor and analyze network logs, data, and historical records to identify the root causes of network anomalies and security vulnerabilities.
Expertly design and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
Foster seamless inter-departmental communication.
Organize regular training sessions covering various technical topics to enhance the organization’s technical capabilities.
Actively participate in technical and pre-sales meetings with clients and potential clients.
Comprehend client requirements for network and device enhancements and provide valuable suggestions.
