Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience

  • At least 10 years

Additional Requirements

  • Proven working experience as brand manager or associate brand manager in Automobile / Consumer durable / FMCG industry.
  • Experienced in Magazine, Facebook and other social media campaigns.·
  • Able to design & maintain our social media presence.
  • Brainstorm world creative growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, MS office skills and complete understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies·
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Contributed in developing the brand image and positioning.
  • Experienced with modern systems and processes of brand building and measuring the brand growth periodically using specific measurement tools.
  • Depth knowledge in digital marketing space and has proven record of effectively using various digital medium to reach targeted audience.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop a strategy for the brand in alignment with the corporate plans and overall marketing plans.·
  • Understand & defines the brand identity & align all the brands plans accordingly·
  • Coordinate with advertising & research agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand in keeping with the above identity·
  • Plan product launches, ATL & BTL so as to deliver the required value proposition, as derived from the above brand identity·
  • Develop annual plans and budgets for the brand.·
  • Keeps track of all brands related expenditures verses budgets.
  • Ensure that the brand focus/ positioning is maintained through all media, PR activities and POS all locations.
  • Conceives, develops, proposes, implements & controls attractive sales promotional drives across all digital platforms.·
  • Ensure that the team is adequately trained in both functional and behavioral aspects on a regular basis.·
  • Develop sales tools and collaterals.
  • Oversee advertising and media planning etc.·
  • Any other assignment as assigned by the management from time to time.
