Prepare and implement project schedules to achieve targets set by the management.
Act as a supervision level and liaison, ensuring effective coordination between management and project teams.
Ensure quality control throughout the project, adhering to standards set by the management.
Report on project status, progress, and revisions to project schedules as necessary
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and project timelines.

Those who have vast experience in FAIR FACE Building Construction and maintaining the head office and site office efficiently will be shortlisted only.

Job Description/ Responsibility:

Prepare detailed measurements, drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and others relevant software.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Manage end-to-end construction processes, from pre-construction to project handover.
Monitor contractor performance, resolve disputes, and ensure contract adherence.
Provide regular financial and operational reports to senior management.
Risk Management & Safety Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Experience in Site civil work /Fair face/As cast concrete/BOQ/Quality control/Project safety
Maintain project budget and schedule and adjust as needed
Project Scheduling: Developing a detailed project schedule to ensure timely completion.
Contractor Management: Managing contractors, sub-contractors and negotiating contracts with contractors, and suppliers.
Site Supervision: Overseeing the construction and installation process on-site.
Budget Management: Monitoring project expenses and making adjustments as needed.
Communication: Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, architects, and designers to ensure smooth project flow
Project Closeout: Finalizing project documentation, including as-built drawings and final payment.
