Responsibilities & Context

MEP is one of the leading & diversified electric accessories manufacturing & marketing company in Bangladesh. Since 1974 it has been doing business throughout the country. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
• Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key corporate clients, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to formulate effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with senior management to develop and refine the overall sales and marketing strategy.
• Contribute to the development of annual sales and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales and marketing team.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and messaging.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
• Utilize data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
