Responsibilities & Context

Main purpose of the role:

To drive sales growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and market analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Archive segment-based sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the corporate sector.
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients through regular market visits and business development initiatives.
  • Maintain long-term business relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, providing insights to refine sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies and customer management practices.
  • Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
