Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
- 5-6 years of experience in Operations, Product Development, Manufacturing areas, preferably in a reputed electrical appliance manufacturing company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) strong analytical ability team leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and supervise gadget operations to ensure efficient output.
- Plan schedule and monitor operation activities to meet delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with Procurement Quality Maintenance and Warehouse teams for smooth operation.
- Implement process improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
- Support new product trials pilot runs and SOP preparation.
- Analyze operation data downtime and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and operational standards.
- Support R&D and Product Development teams for new gadget industrialization.
- Coordinating with R&D, QA and Supply Chain to align component sourcing and product quality standards.
- Monitoring Operation setting efficiency targets and ensuring line balancing.
- Developing SOPs and manpower structure for continuous operation and scalability.
- Achieving target productivity, maintaining quality and ensuring smooth operational transition from pilot to mass production.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
- Review cost productivity and process parameters to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with product quality cost and safety standards.
