Additional Requirements

Must have sufficient knowledge in LAND LAW & CIVIL LAW and other related activities.

Much Preferable for job-experience from Land-/Real estate /asset based Company.
Excellent communication skills both in Bangla & English.
Job Location:North/South Bengal Districts in Bangladesh.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
In-depth knowledge of land purchase and its current issues preferable.
Sound knowledge in English & Computer (MS Word, MS Excel).

Vetting of land documents, finding flaws and providing opinion regarding purchase of land or agreement related to landowner
Maintaining record of land documents.
Drafting different types of agreements i.e MOU, development agreement, irrevocable power of attorney, deed of sale etc.
Ensuring execution of all works of law related procedures of law department.
To meet with landowners, lawyers regarding land issues.
To maintain cordial communication with concern government offices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information·
Handling LAND LAW & CIVIL LAW and other related activities.
Providing legal opinion on different issues including land & company matters.
Any other tasks as and when assign by the management.
