Job Context
(Land/Real Estate)
We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales people who has experience in the Bangladesh Land/Real Estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Plot / Real Estate business and present market scenario.
- Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
- Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
- Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
- Prepare and execute necessary trade marketing, promotions, offers and engagement activities to ensure product sales.
- Maintain proper customer relationship with potential & existing clients.
- Corporate sales planning and implementation.
- To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
