Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for an Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager (MIS) at Akij Textile Mills Ltd. a concern of Akij INSAF, who must have worked experience in the field of Spinning Division (MIS). Responsibilities as follows:

Develop and document business processes and workflows for ERP use.

Train ERP users and ensure consistent adoption across all teams.

Monitor daily data input and ensure compliance with established SOPs.

Follow up with concerned teams to resolve input errors or delays.

Check data hygiene and validate accuracy.

Create and maintain advanced Excel dashboards for data insights.

Generate actionable reports and insights to support decision-making.

Gathering relevant data from operations to ensure comprehensive data sets are available for analysis.

Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to management.

Utilize MIS tools to enhance report generation, ensure data accuracy, and optimize analysis processes.
