Additional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in process improvement, operations, or quality management.
Formal training in Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) is a strong advantage.
Proven leadership in cross-functional projects with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Visio or any process mapping tools.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Lead end-to-end process improvement and reengineering projects across the organization.
Conduct departmental interviews and process studies to collect operational data and insights.
Design, map, and document existing workflows, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
Create detailed process frameworks and visual charts (flowcharts).
Develop, implement, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policy documentation.
Coordinate with management to ensure alignment with strategic goals and compliance requirements.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality tools to improve process effectiveness and eliminate waste.
Facilitate workshops and trainings to promote process awareness and adoption.
Track performance metrics, audit adherence to SOPs, and report on process health.
Mentor and guide junior team members in research, documentation, and analytics tasks.
