Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in LLB or any discipline

Experience

    • At least 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Responsibilities & Context

  • Verify and vet land-related documents.
  • Prepare deeds, registration, mutation, valuation, and demarcation documents.
  • Coordinate with landowners, clients, and government offices.
  • Collect certified land documents, including deeds, khatians, NECs, and maps.
  • Handle litigation matters and coordinate with lawyers and courts.
  • Manage land/apartment registration processes and related documentation.
  • Prepare registration cost proposals and ensure collection from clients.
  • Obtain necessary permissions and approvals from relevant authorities.
