Solicit potential clients to buy luxury residential & commercial properties.
To communicate with investor/buyers to visit project sites.
To gather current market information and analysis and update time to time.
To follow up clients & maintaining client database in ERP.
Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
To follow up sales and promotional activities and in events.
Attend customers quires with satisfaction and rapport building.
To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
Acquire new customers & visit projects frequently.
Respond and follow-up sales inquiries through understanding the prospects requirements.
Meet with key customers and assists the sales team with maintaining relationships and closing deals.
To Follow-up clients through phone calls, emails & physical visit to generate sales.
