Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 55 years
- Proven experience in Store Management (especially in Cement Industry) will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure the store operation is fully functional in its capacity and capable of providing the required support
- Prepare weekly/monthly chemical & Raw materials receiving & consumption statement & report to the concern
- Ensure proper documentation is completed on timely basis for requisition of items
- Manage, control and record overall receipt, delivery and movement of stored items
- Ensure availability of all products at store to minimize production loss and provide on-time requisition as per reordering level
- Conduct monthly inventory verification by checking the physical conditions of products
- Ensure accurate and on time entry in ERP Software of all items movement of store
- Ensure completion of stock reconciliation by checking the records of ERP vs. manual & physical
