Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise and manage the footwear sewing department to ensure efficient production.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials to minimize waste and maximize output.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards in the sewing process.
- Coordinate with production and design teams for smooth workflow.
- Train and guide workers to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Implement and enforce safety and compliance measures.
- Maintain records of production, defects, and efficiency levels.
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.
