Education

Proven experience in network, hardware, software, and ERP systems management.
Professional training and education in related areas will be given preference.

1. 5 years of similar working experience in manufacturing entities where there are more than 200 computer users and uses many software including ERP
2. Remote servers hosting, application delivery, deployment and management
3. Server, Cloud, GitHub and firewalls management
4. Conception and operating of Network Infrastructure, security and compliance
5. Updated knowledge on storage devices, servers, routers, switches and VPN
6. Disaster recovery business process and facilities
7. MS Office Application and basic IT.
Responsibilities & Context
1. Oversee the design, implementation, troubleshoot and maintenance of the organization’s land and cloud network infrastructure.
2. Supervise the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT software, hardware, including computers, servers, printers, and related devices.
3. Manage the organization’s email systems, including user setup, email security measures, mailbox management, and troubleshooting.
4. Oversee the installation, cloud hosting, configuration, licensing and updating of software applications for all its devices across the organization.
5. Lead the IT support team to ensure efficient resolution of hardware, software, and network issues for end-users to ensure minimum interruptions.
6. Ensure robust data backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and IT security measures are in place and regularly monitored.
7. Maintain a comprehensive inventory of hardware resources, ensuring accurate tracking and procurement of appropriate items.
8. Manage IT Helpline Implementation Project following professional management methods.
