Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment process, from order receipt to dispatch.
- Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage order prioritization based on delivery schedules and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in e-commerce operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order processing, accuracy, and fulfillment speed.
- Manage the logistics and dispatch of orders to various courier partners, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize delivery routes and minimize shipping delays.
- Manage the returns process, ensuring that returned items are handled efficiently and stock is updated accordingly.
- Collaborate with customer service to resolve any issues related to returns or replacements.
- Implement reverse logistics strategies to minimize the impact of returns on inventory levels and sales.
- Utilize CDC and e-commerce software systems to manage orders, inventory, and fulfillment workflows.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the E-Commerce (Back end) team.
