- Oversee factory operations with expertise in planning and production management.
- Independently handle orders and execute production efficiently.
- Maintain effective communication with merchandisers and buyers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Possess hands-on experience in sequin and chenille work, along with accurate cost calculations.
- Demonstrate a dynamic and adaptable personality to meet evolving industry demands.
- Ensure quality control and on-time delivery of products to meet client expectations.
- Lead and motivate the factory team to achieve production targets and operational excellence
