Develop production plans to meet demand, considering inventory levels, lead times, and production capacity.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including SCM, Product development team and quality assurance.
Supervise and coordinate activities on the factory assembly line for the production of electrical switches and lights.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements in the production of electrical switches and lights.
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality electrical switches and lights.
Prepare detailed per-hour production reports, documenting output, efficiency, and any deviations from the production plan.
Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Monitor and report on the wastage of materials during the production process.
Implement measures to minimize wastage and optimize material usage.
Provide training to production staff on best practices, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to production processes, quality control measures, and equipment maintenance.
