Hands-on experience with Substation, HT- LT Panel, ATS panel, PFI panel, AC- DC Motor , , AVR, Diesel Generator, Solar Plant, UPS, MDB,DB, SDB and DPDC – DESCO Connection, All type pump controlling and Automation.
Performed daily inspections of each the building to check for normal operations of HVAC and electrical equipment.
Execute timely operational plans, electrical system installation and compliance monitoring.
Perform maintenance on electrical circuitry, equipment, and systems. Regularly check the quality of different task and work and the methods used by technicians and keep consumption records & checklists of the same.
Ensure all control panels, AVR and DB Boards are properly maintained to reduce the breakdown.
Ensure adherence to all SOP (standard operating procedure) in all processes as well as utility equipment and Perform tasks with proper safety standards.
To Repair and Maintain Diesel Generator, substation and Lift. Troubleshooting any kind of electrical problems.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve electrical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
To visit super hostel branches and support any emergency basis.
