Additional Requirements

At least 10 year(s) of experience in civil construction of multi-storied RCC and steel fabrication factory buildings. (Related working experience in any reputed pharmaceutical company is preferable.)
Capability of reviewing design drawings of construction work, preparing BOQ and review material quality as per design requirements.
Experience in using STAAD Pro software in civil construction design.
Expertise in AutoCAD 2D/3D
Updated conceptual knowledge of Structural Design.
Knowledge of Pharmaceuticals Engineering, SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) & GMP will be count as added advantage.
Should have the ability to work under pressure.
Good leadership & interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervising & monitoring civil construction works of the manufacturing plant.
Ensuring efficient preparation of work schedule, budget and costing of project works.
Ensuring quality of construction works as per design/plan.
Ensuring the distribution of work based on the priority & emergency of civil (plumbing, painting, tools utilization etc)
Ensuring smooth & timely project completion by raising purchase requisition and liaising with the commercial department for in-time availability of materials at site.
Ensuring the performance of the works, completion of the works & reporting to the head of the department.
Ensuring quality, standard & safety of work as well as the company’s rules & regulations are followed properly.
