Requirements
Education
B.Sc or M.Sc in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.
Experience
8 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Additional Requirements
08–10 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of electro-mechanical systems for energy-efficient, sustainable buildings or commercial complexes.
Professional Engineering Registration is preferred.
Ability to perform techno-commercial evaluations of vendors and materials, understanding of codes, understanding of safety regulations and compliance
Responsibilities & Context
Plan and supervise electromechanical works for the CHQ project within timeline, following SHE and SOP requirements.
Execute installations in compliance with LEED, BNBC, and project standards.
Review drawings, finalize designs, and coordinate with Architects, MEP & LEED Consultants and other vendors.
Supervise on-site electromechanical installations for quality, safety, and design compliance.
Design and calculate HVAC, cooling water, piping, pumps, and utility systems.
Design and oversee electrical works for Substation, Generator, MDB, SDB, BBT, and energy-efficient systems.
Track project schedules, specifications, and progress, with regular management reporting.
Review designs for fire detection, suppression, protection, and BMS systems.
Establish and maintain project safety plans for installation and maintenance activities.
