Responsibilities & Context
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, mobile app, and display advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROAS.
- Manage and publish contents across different social media channels to ensure regular online presence.
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (KPIs)
- Create new and innovative go-to-market strategies using the digital medium to drive consumer engagement
- Create the long-term digital marketing framework in accordance with key business objectives for the year.
- Collaborate with marketing team for comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with Media agency partner.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback for positive brand perception.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and positive return on investment.
