Ensure size set garments with approved sample and provide necessary comments if required for bulk production.
Ensure measurement of size set garments and keep the record in size set report.
Check first cutting/output garments as per buyer standard and provide comments with correction.
Ensure measurement of first output garments.
Need to perform day audit from packed garments.
To Handle all guideline for production and quality controls system.
To deal with the buyers independently for all the GPQ system including in line inspection, pre final & final inspection.
To run the GPQ team successfully and all kinds of instruction, policy & system effectively implemented in production floor for achieving best quality.
To provide technical assistance to all section wherever applicable in order to achieve customers quality standard, inline setup, machinery adoption, production methods & work aid.
Coordinate with production, planning, Merchandising, IE, Quality Assurance & other related department.
Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters.
To ensure on time shipment as per buyers quality standards.
