Responsibilities & Context

• Plan the HR of the hospital
• Recruit & Select the clinical and non-clinical staff
• Prepare JD & specification of the position
• Arrange training for the clinic and non-clinical staff
• Prepare an adverts for for the recruitment
• Prepare the roster of the staff for the hospital
• Counsel the staff for their career development
• Prepare action for the retention of the staff
• Develop documents and ensure the hospital’s regulatory compliance
• Contact the Labor Inspector
• Develop document as per the Labor Law and Labor Rules
• Communicate with the Ophthalmic institution to source the Ophthalmologist, Ophthalmic paramedic etc.
• Job posting in the BD job
• Prepare for the report on the justification of recruitment
• Develop strategies as HRBP
• Monitor attendance of the staff
• Develop Fellowship and training programs for Ophthalmology
• Other duties assigned by the management
