Responsibilities & Context

  • Support in recruiting processes, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Organize and manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are properly inducted into the organization and its culture.
  • Contribute to building the company’s reputation as an employer of choice by participating in job fairs, social media outreach, and other employer branding initiatives.
  • Offer advice and guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and issues related to workplace matters.
  • Help implement employee engagement programs such as team-building activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Coordinate training programs for employees to enhance their skills and improve overall job performance.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing payroll data, ensuring accurate and timely compensation to employees.
  • Ensure the organization is adhering to labor laws, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • This includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and compliance-related documents to comply with statutory requirements.
  • Ensure that the organization is following workplace safety protocols and complying with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee or assist with the implementation and usage of HR management software for payroll, performance tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Prepare regular HR reports for senior management on employee turnover, attendance, recruitment progress, and other HR metrics.
