- Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law – 2006; and related labor regulations
- Self-motivation to work under pressure and take new measures
- Positive, professional ethics and compliance with legal regulations
- Good communication (written/verbal in English) & presentation skills, can communicate in Chinese are preferred
- Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills;
- Open minded to learning new skillsand constantly thinking about what can be improved
- Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skill, particularly expert on excel
Responsibilities & Context
- Establishment of various company management regulations
- Have sufficient knowledge of the Garment industry and be able to identify suitable candidates, handle recruitment procedures to find the right candidates for the right jobs
- Provide training on factory regulations when workers enter the factory and organize job and skill training for all employees in the factory
- Understand how trade unions work, maintain employee relations and improve labor-management harmony
- Ensure HR system smooth operation, and pay monthly salary regularly
- Provide analysis of HR-related figures for senior executives to make management decisions
- General affairs administration, include factory environmental cleaning, production safety and fire protection
- Assist with factory inspections and other related operations
- Maintain all license and certificate.
- Directly assisting Head of Factory HR for various issues and strategies, policy preparations to achieve departmental objectives
