Education

Bachelor degree in any discipline
Masters degree in any discipline
Bachelor / Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in PGDHRM, Management, or related field).

Experience

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Additional Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in HR, Admin & Compliance in a reputed manufacturing industry (preferably footwear or garments sector).
Sound knowledge of BSCI, SEDEX, BATA, and other buyer code of conduct audits.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, HR, Admin & Compliance.

Atlas Footwear Ltd. (Factory Complex)

Location: Bhulta, Gauisa, Rupgonj, Narayangonj.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing and maintaining HR, administrative, and compliance activities.
Prepare and update all factory compliance-related documents and ensure regular follow-up.
Coordinate internal and external audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, BATA, and others.
Ensure proper documentation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental standards.
Support management in employee relations, disciplinary actions, and welfare activities.
Maintain close communication with buyers, auditors, and other stakeholders regarding compliance issues.
