Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management

Experience

Responsibilities & Context

  • Designing and running assessment center and recruitment process.
  • Management of payroll system.
  • Preparation/issuance of office orders & circulars in respect of HR & Admin issues.
  • Designing Training Development Plan, applying Training Need Analysis (TNA) and conducting training courses for the department as per requirement.
  • Preparation of HR Budget, Forecasting and implementation.
  • Managing Induction / Orientation for new employees.
  • Managing staff Performance Management and Appraisal processes.
  • Performing job evaluation and job classification exercises as per corporate requirements.
  • Dealing with transport management, fixed asset management, vendor coordination, legal affairs, travel arrangements, office entertainment, government liaison, office security, firefighting and various other related tasks.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, providing support, and promoting open communication. Develop employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and job satisfaction.
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are effectively communicated to employees and consistently implemented across the organization. Regularly review and update policies as needed.
  • Develop a systematic handover process for employees leaving the company. Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of visas for employees and customers. Stay updated on visa regulations and requirements.ยท Handle air ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and office tours for employees and customers. Seek cost-effective options and ensure a smooth travel experience.
  • Establish proper security measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel and company assets. Additionally, he will be responsible for coordinating and implementing firefighting protocols and ensuring the availability and functionality of firefighting equipment within the premises.
  • Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
