Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts.
  • Develop and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide support to managers on performance-related issues.
  • Conduct performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to employees.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Support continuous employee development through various learning opportunities.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Conduct salary reviews and provide recommendations.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure that administrative activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Ensure that the office environment is safe, clean, and conducive to work.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities as needed.
  • Oversee the security and accessibility of the office premises.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
