Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, with at least 05 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PGDHR, HRMC).
  • Experience in managing both HR and administrative functions in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with HR software systems (e.g., Workday, ADP).

Responsibilities & Context

Human Resources:

  • Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and recommending solutions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Facilitate performance management processes including performance appraisals, goal setting, and development planning.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives by identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and tracking employee development.
  • Manage HR administration tasks including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and updating HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies, and assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and wellness activities.Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.

Administration:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office facilities, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Manage administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate office activities, including meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services and supplies.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses.
  • Handle administrative tasks and inquiries from senior management and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all administrative activities.
