Requirements

Education

Additional Requirements

  • Age 32 to 48 years
  • 04 – 05 years Factory HR and Administration in a medium sized manufacturing organization
  • The applicant should have experience in General HR, Health Safety Management, Labor Law, Legal Matters, Compliance Issues, Code of Conduct and Staff Motivation
  • Should have strong communication skills and sound knowledge on computer applications
  • Speaking and listening skills of Chinese Language will be an added advantage

Responsibilities & Context

Golden Sky Footwear Limited is a China – Bangladesh 100% export oriented joint venture organization engaged in manufacturing and exporting footwear and footwear components. The organization is looking for a staff member for its HR & Compliance Department for immediate recruitment.

The Assistant Manager – HR & Compliance will be responsible for all HR and Compliance issues of the organization. S/he will also be responsible for supervise and manage HR & Administration team, liaison with regulatory bodies & stake-holders and workers grievance related issues.

Job Responsibilities

  • HR Planning and facilitating recruitment process and formalities
  • Design, periodical reviews, update and maintain organization’s organogram
  • Update and maintain all employee information and records in database
  • Manage database for attendance, absence, leaves or all other related matters;
  • Prepare HR Policies, review existing policies and ensure they are in compliance with legal and regulatory framework
  • Enforcing adherence to legal and statutory requirements
  • Keeping management updated with the latest statutory requirements related to employment
  • Ensuring smooth & timely delivery of all arrays of employee services
  • Ensure HR & Administration functions as per company policy
  • Provide day to day administration support related to logistics, support stuff supervision etc.
  • Maintaining discipline & administration of the company
  • Coordinate annual performance appraisal process
  • Check daily attendance report of the staffs of the company
  • Perform other duties as when assign by the superior
