Responsibilities & Context

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and integration into the team.
  • Support the performance review process, including scheduling, tracking, and providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensuring that HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Identifying training needs through performance evaluations and feedback from employees and managers.
  • Keeping training content up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Assisting in the development and administration of performance appraisal systems.
  • Providing support to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Generating reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, training effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
  • Assisting in initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
