Job Descriptions:
Perform Recruitment & Selection as required.
Assist in setting employee objectives (KPI) & Performance Evaluation timely.
Assist in formulating & Reviewing of all HR Policies & Guidelines.
Ensure proper implementation of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 at Manufacturing Plant.
Assist in organizing different employee relation program of HPL Plant.
Maintain HRIS (SAP HCM) of HPL Plant & Ensure Proper HR Reporting & Analytics.
Work as HRBP for Manufacturing Operations.
