Responsibilities & Context
To prepare operation bulletin and line lay out for every new style.
Work place designing in a cost effective mannerLine balancing.
Conduct & monitor Time- study, capacity study, production studyFixing & monitoring line score sheets by hourly output basis.
Analyze individual operator’s performance.Unskilled operator’s performance follow up.
Line feeding with sewing technician and Line Supervisors. (COT).
Ensure every sewing operator having skill card with pictures.
Factory Production Incentive report monitoring.
Any other assignment as assigned by the Management.
