Responsibilities & Context
- To prepare operation bulletin and line lay out for every new style.
- Work place designing in a cost effective manner
- Line balancing.
- Conduct & monitor Time- study, capacity study, production study
- Fixing & monitoring line score sheets by hourly output basis.
- Analyze individual operator’s performance.Unskilled operator’s performance follow up.
- Line feeding with sewing technician and Line Supervisors. (COT).
- Ensure every sewing operator having skill card with pictures.
- Factory Production Incentive report monitoring.
- Any other assignment as assigned by the Management.
