We are looking for a dedicated person to fill up “Assistant Manager – Import Operations & Customer Service” position, who will be assigned to perform Import Freight arena (Air & Sea) & The KEY Job Responsibilities will be:

To play as Key Customer Operation Support (Local and Overseas)
Rate query with agent and update the respected customers.
Develop relationship with Agent for their nominated shipment
Corresponding with overseas agent regarding operation and Documentation issue.
Ensure all operational related docs and DN receive from overseas agent for smooth operation procedure.
Ensure 100% effort to secure the business
Follow up with Airport/ Chittagong peers to collect docs & release D/O
