We are looking for a dedicated person to fill up “Assistant Manager – Import Operations & Customer Service” position, who will be assigned to perform Import Freight arena (Air & Sea) & The KEY Job Responsibilities will be:

  • To play as Key Customer Operation Support (Local and Overseas)
  • Rate query with agent and update the respected customers.
  • Develop relationship with Agent for their nominated shipment
  • Corresponding with overseas agent regarding operation and Documentation issue.
  • Ensure all operational related docs and DN receive from overseas agent for smooth operation procedure.
  • Ensure 100% effort to secure the business
  • Follow up with Airport/ Chittagong peers to collect docs & release D/O
