Responsibilities & Context

We at Excel Technologies Ltd., a leading and dignified ICT Company in Bangladesh, are looking for a dynamic & energetic professional designated as Assistant Manager- Inventory Management to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. He will oversee the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide variety of products and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Imported goods receiving activities as per LC packing list and take-up any shortage/damage issue with CNF agent and report to Section head.
  • Maintain goods receiving note (GRNs) from various port/vendors and report to Section head.
  • Ensure full capacity of incoming vehicles from different ports by physical checking before unloading and delivery update report to Section head.
  • Physical stock count as Daily/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly with match ERP software and report to Section head.
  • Goods distribution by maintaining FIFO/LIPO method effectively.
  • Storing the products efficiently and properly considering the space in the warehouse.
  • Ensure the product distribution based on invoice/TROUTs and delivery update report to Section head.
  • Maintaining products delivery within lead time to all concerned parties. (Within four hours) and delivery update report to Section head.
  • Ensure mismatch by taking maximum care at the time of product delivery.
  • Ensure courier booking to outside dealers as per invoice.
  • Ensure full vehicle capacity at the time of loading the delivery vehicle.
  • Maintain all the documentation process like packing list, GRNs, Invoice etc.
