- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 5-years in IT with Minimum 2-years experience as Team Lead in IT firm or any corporate organization
- Experience in wide CISCO networks, MS Modern Workplace, Storage Management, Surveillance and Cyber security
- Strong database management in business processes automation. Experience in advance Excel and Power BI
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability work independently or in a team.
Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering network and email systems to operate networks ensuring smooth functioning including database server and mail server.
- Technical Service management
- MIS Support, implementation and report processing
- Provide training and technical support for any new software onboarding
- Maintenance of IT service operation by ensuring IT assets, including computers/laptops, printers etc.
