• Familiar with Microsoft technologies, networking, and device configuration.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and other OS environments.
• Awareness of and sensitivity to cultural issues
• Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver day-to-day technical support to faculty, students, and administrative staff, ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related issues. Manage user accounts, login credentials, email access, and software installations.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure uninterrupted connectivity across the campus.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, and other IT equipment. Manage software licensing, upgrades, and deployment in compliance with organizational policies.
• Manage Wi-Fi access control systems and ensure reliable internet connectivity across the campus.
• Manage and maintain CCTV and access control systems to support campus security operations.
• Assist in planning and implementing IT-related projects including system upgrades and new technology integration. Liaise with external vendors for procurement, servicing, and troubleshooting of IT systems and equipment.
• Provide off-hour support during emergencies, power outages, or critical system failures. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule if required.
