• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop, execute, and monitor the communication strategy (ATL, BTL & TTL).
• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
• Communicate & coordinate with the media agencies for implementing the promotional campaigns effectively.
• Provide creative ideas in all communication & image building materials.
• Plan new ideas for launching new products and Branding.
• Assist in the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing.
• Internal & External Relationship.
• Analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights.
• Conduct Market Research & Competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for differentiation.
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
• Manages all social media channels, and campaigns to engage customers and customer satisfaction.
• Produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels and structure behavioral aspects of potential customers.
• Actively participate in developing brand communication action plan.
• Organize seminars, events, activation etc. across the country ensuring effective engagement with the target group.
• Personally, visit different locations to monitor POSM, shop sign, billboard, wall paint & other outdoor advertisements.
• Ensure timely production and distribution of brochure, leaflet, giveaways and all other promotional kits.
• Development and implementation of marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion).
• Any other tasks as and when required by the management.
