Additional Requirements

Develop and implement a corporate‐level sales strategy to achieve annual revenue and market‐share targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients·
Coordinate with R&D, production and marketing teams to product offerings, resolve technical issues and support new‐product launches·
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine positioning, pricing and promotional tactics·
Improve sales to set performance goals, conduct regular reviews and drive continuous improvement·
Maintain up‐to‐date deliver monthly sales forecasts, pipeline analyses and variance reports to senior management
Prepare technically sound, commercially competitive proposals; manage contract negotiations and ensure on‐time order fulfilment.
Conduct regular on‐site visits, product demonstrations and executive briefings; represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Ensure all sales activities comply with corporate policies, safety regulations and quality standards; coordinate with QA/QC for product approvals.
Develop and manage the sales budget; approve travel and marketing expenditures in line with company guidelines .
