- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
*Proven experience as a Manager (Factory) or similar role in the related manufacturing industry.
*Having Degree in Operation Management will be an added advantage.advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
*Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*Should be self-motivated, energetic & good at working under pressure.
*Good communication skill is a mustWilling to stay in the factory premises for full time.

Responsibilities & Context
*Manage all administrative functions of the factory, including facility management, inventory control, and documentation processes.
*Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
*Inspect Delivery Vehicles for damage and cleanliness. Coordinate with planning, logistics, and other departments to optimise workflow and resource utilisation.
*Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
*Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and create development plans for team members.
*Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
*Use lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to streamline operations.
*Promote and enforce a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to minimise workplace hazards.
*Assist in budget preparation and control manufacturing costs, including labour, materials, and overhead.Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.
*Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost.Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.
*Work with procurement to maintain efficient supply chain operations.
*Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimise downtime and extend equipment life.
*Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance activities.
