Responsibilities & Context

With a highly dedicated team of qualitative and quantitative researchers, data analysts, and experienced data collection personnel, IRC is capable to conduct any type of qualitative and quantitative research project, training in Bangladesh. As a field manager you will have to take the full responsibility to monitor key metrics and develop filed plan, briefing and operations for improving company profits, implement project, field recruitment, budgeting etc.

Develop and implement policies to maximize operational efficiency and profitability working with various stakeholders and clients.
Monitor key metrics and develop filed plan, briefing and operations for improving company profits.
Manage operation team and daily reporting to management Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance business growth
Field report submit to Client service team and work with different stakeholders and clients.
Have to visit field and deployed field team works Quality checking and preparing data to research sector with Inventory controlling Briefing to field Investigators, Field Supervisor, Controlling others regional head quarter Project planning meeting (PPM)with client service team and evaluation the performance of FI’s
Complete the assigning task on time Field bill check & submit to a/c Dept.
Must have a field network all over Bangladesh (all the districts)
Coordinate with sales and marketing executives to develop field strategies and initiatives Hire, onboard, and train field representatives
Assess and evaluate team and individual performance Fill knowledge gaps through additional training and professional development programs
Measure, analyze, and communicate progress toward strategic goals
