Responsibilities & Context
- Identify potential franchise investors in line with the company’s expansion goals.
- Perform site surveys, rent analysis, and comparisons for potential locations.
- Negotiate with landowners to ensure the lowest possible rental rates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, orientation, and operational handover for new franchise outlets.
- Assess feasibility and profitability of each proposed site before final selection.
- Ensure proper site measurement according to company standards.
- Coordinate legal matters and liaise with landowners for agreement signing and issue resolution.
- Coordinate all expansion-related activities with internal departments and report progress to senior management.
