Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Masters preferably in Human Resource Management·
PGDHRM will get preference.

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Adaptable, Pro-active, Innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently.
  • Strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should have excellent people management skills.
  • Should have sound knowledge on different certification.
  • Good leadership ability to lead & motivate.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English.
  • Good inter-personal & communication skills.
  • Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
  • Computer literate (MS office, Excel, Power Point)

Responsibilities & Context

  • 1. Strategic HR Planning:•
  • Implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s overall objectives.
  • Forecast workforce needs and plan recruitment, retention, and succession strategies.
  • 2. Talent Acquisition and Management:•
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring it attracts top talent.
  • Develop and implement on-boarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization effectively.
  • Implement performance management systems to evaluate and develop employee performance.
  • 3. Employee Relations:•
  • Enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
  • 4. HR Administration:•
  • Oversee HR administration tasks such as employee records management, HRIS maintenance, and compliance reporting.
  • Ensure HR processes are efficient and effective, implementing automation and process improvements where possible.
  • Manage employee relations documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • 5. Administrative Functions:•
  • Supervise administrative staff and functions such as facilities management, office supplies procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
