  • Proficiency in using export management software and MS Office.
  • The successful applicant must also be prepared to visit outside of Bangladesh as and when required.

Responsibilities & Context

Context:

Oriental Eco Woods Ltd is a leading wood composite product manufacturer in Bangladesh. Now we are going to introduce our WPC Doors/ Boards/ Timber Tube and Decking in the international market with premium quality and innovative design as per demand of our respectable customers.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager/ Manager for our International Business Division. This mid-level role is integral to our global operations, focusing on expanding our market presence and ensuring smooth export processes. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the global market, strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to international trade challenges.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct international market research to identify trends, demands and competitor strategies in the WPC Doors/ Boards/Timber Tube and Decking industry.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote WPC Doors/ Boards/Timber Tube and Decking items in the international market through various channels such as social media, exhibitions and trade shows etc.
  • Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets for WPC Doors/ Boards/Timber Tube and Decking items in the international markets.
  • Execute sales activities including lead generation, prospecting, and client presentations. Create engaging content, advertisements and promotional materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors and partners to enhance international sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with international distributors, agents and partners to establish business relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to international trade and Marketing & sales.
  • Able to handle all logistics works related to import/export.
  • Must have good knowledge about Export licenses, Customs, C&F, Shipping lines, Bank Correspondence & other statutory authorities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on sales data and market feedback.
  • Any other task assigned by the management as and when required.
